摘  要:介绍了国内外FCC第三级旋风分离器(三旋)的应用情况,对FCC三旋技术现状进行了分析,阐述了多管式三旋、大旋分式三旋在工业运行中存在的问题.多管式三旋总效率为60%~80%,压力降为12~15 kPa,由于结构原因,再生烟气进入三旋后分配不均匀,单管易窜气、返混、结垢及锥体磨损,影响了单管使用寿命;大旋分式三旋总效率为70%~80%,压力降为15~20 kPa,比多管式三旋压力降要大,在运行中有时会产生振动,影响FCC装置安全稳定运行.重点介绍了中石化炼化工程(集团)股份有限公司洛阳技术研发中心开发的新型直流式分离单管研究近况.冷模试验结果表明:当入口气速为25~40 m/s时,新型直流式分离单管的分离效率为82%~90%,压力降为2.2~5.4 kPa.最后,提出了直流式分离单管的研究方向.The application status of the FCC third-stage cyclone at home and abroad is introduced,the current status of the FCC third-stage cyclone technology is analyzed,the problems existing in the industrial operation of the multi-tube third-stage cyclone and BSX type cyclone are expounded.The total separation efficiency of the multi-tube third-stage cyclone is 60%~80%,and the pressure drop is 12~15 kPa.Due to the structure of the multi-tube third-stage cyclone,it is not uniform distribution of regenerated flue gas after entering the third-stage cyclone,and the single pipe is easy to gas channeling,back mixing,fouling and cone wear,which affects the service life of the single pipe.The total efficiency of BSX type cyclone is generally 70%~80%,and the pressure drop is 15~20 kPa,which is larger than that of the multi-tube third-stage cyclone.Vibration sometimes occurs during operation,which affects the safe and stable operation of FCC unit.The recent development of a new type uniflow single tube cyclone developed by SEG Luoyang R&D Center of Technology is introduced.The cold model test results show that when the inlet gas velocity is 25~40 m/s,the separation efficiency of the new type uniflow single tube cyclone is 82%~90%,and the pressure drop is 2.2~5.4 kPa.The research direction of the uniflow single tube cyclone is put forward.
