摘  要:分析了某公司连续重整装置再生系统在长周期运行过程中再生器约翰逊内网泄漏的原因并提出了对策.通过更换新式约翰逊内网及优化再生峰温分布,有效解决了再生器约翰逊内网频繁泄漏的问题;通过对再生操作的优化和技措项目的实施,有效延长了再生器氧分析仪氧化锆管的使用周期,避免了氧分析仪故障导致的再生停工;通过增设外屏蔽设施,消除了外界射线对料位源的干扰,有利于再生稳定操作;通过更换催化剂控制系统CRCS的控制PES(程序电子系统)框架及背板并进行程序下装,消除了生产隐患,保证了再生系统的平稳运行;通过更换回讯传感器,有效解决了待生隔离阀延迟关闭和回讯故障问题,避免因回迅问题导致的再生器冷停工.Reasons for leakage of regenerator Johnson screen in regeneration system of a company’s continuous catalytic reforming unit during long-term operation are analyzed and countermeasures are put forward.The problem of frequent leakage of the regenerator inner screen is effectively solved by replacing the new Johnson screen and optimizing the regeneration peak temperature distribution.Through the optimization of regeneration operation and the implementation of technical measures,the use period of zirconia tube of regenerator oxygen analyzer is effectively prolonged,and the regeneration shutdown caused by oxygen meter failure is avoided.By adding external shielding facilities,the interference of external rays to the material source is eliminated,which contributes to the stable operation of the regeneration system.The production hazard is eliminated and the smooth operation of the regeneration system is ensured by replacing the CRCS system PES frame and the backplane and performing program downloading.The replacement of the sensor effectively solved the problem of delayed closure and return of the valve to be born,and the shutdown caused by the problem is avoided.
