摘  要:本文对楼栋内空置住宅在供暖期停暖对建筑室温及能耗的影响进行研究。选取山东泰安某小区某栋楼为研究对象,楼内供热管网采用分户进管形式,利用散热器供热。基于实际建筑和供热系统搭建建筑模型和供热系统模型,以泰安市2017~2018供暖季的室外温度为气象条件,计算楼内不同位置住宅空置停暖时的水力、热力状况,并分析水力平衡性、室温以及单位面积供暖能耗变化。研究结果表明:在换热站水泵扬程不变的条件下时,空置住宅停暖时,非空置住宅供暖水流量增大;空置用户的室温受位置影响,中间用户(非顶层、非底层、非边户的住宅)空置时,其室温在10℃以上;不同位置住宅空置对建筑平均能耗和室温的影响不同,边角住宅空置时,楼单位面积供暖能耗明显降低,且楼平均室温增加;中间住宅空置时,楼单位面积供暖能耗增加,且楼平均室温降低。This research focused on the effects of empty apartments stopping heating in residential buildings on room temperature and energy consumption during the heating period. A residential building in Tai’an,Shandong was selected for study. The heating network consists of pipes connecting the radiators in each household. Based on the actual building and heating system,the building model and heating system model were constructed to calculate the hydraulic and thermal performance of heating networks at different places stopping heating and analyze the changes in hydraulic balance,room temperature and heating energy consumption per unit area with the outdoor temperature during 2017-2018 heating season of Tai’an City as the meteorological condition. According to the research results,in the case of fixed pump head in the heat exchange station,hot water flow of other users increases when the empty apartments stop heating;affected by the location,the room temperature of middle empty apartments ( rather than top floor,ground floor or side house) is above 10℃. Different locations have different effects on energy consumption and room temperature of empty apartments. With side and corner empty apartments,the heating energy consumption per unit area is reduced significantly and the average room temperature of the building increases,while with middle empty apartments,the energy consumption of the building increases and average room temperature decreases.
