摘　　要：在广泛使用智能手机以及各种数字平台的今天,我们面临一种新型的数字权力的崛起。在微观上,数字权力支配着数字网络的行为者和用户的行为,并将他们的活动痕迹转化为大数据网络。在宏观上,用户行为痕迹所组成的大数据网络已经成为了凌驾在产业资本和金融资本之上的第三种资本形式,即数字资本。而今天大量的数字技术和互联网公司获取利润的方式,已经从简单的销售软件和应用,变成了对大数据网络的直接支配,并以此形成了一种数字全景敞视主义。但是,这种大数据网络实际上是每一个数字空间的用户和行动者的实践活动生产出来的,于是我们需要一种新的社会存在本体论,从一个新的视角打破由大数据公司占有数字网络平台并借此牟利的现状。Today,with the widespread use of smartphones and various digital platforms,we are facing the rise of a new type of digital power.At the micro level,digital power dominates the behavior of actors and users of digital networks,and transforms their traces of activity into big data networks.On the macro level,the big data network composed of user behavior traces has become the third capital form,namely digital capital,which is superior to industrial capital and financial capital.Today,a large number of digital technology and Internet companies are making profits in a way that has changed from simple sales of software and applications to direct domination of big data networks,thus forming a kind of digital panoramic openness.However,this kind of big data network is actually produced by the practical activities of users and actors in every digital space,so we need a new ontology of social existence to break the current situation where big data companies occupy the digital network platform and make profits from it.
