无张力修补手术治疗成年疝的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无张力修补手术治疗成年疝的临床疗效。方法方便选取2017年5月—2018年10月该院收治的94例成年疝患者,依照不同的修补手术治疗方式将其分为对照组(n=47)与试验组(n=47),对照组施以传统疝修补术治疗,试验组施以无张力修补术治疗,观察两组患者的临床总有治愈率情况、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛(VAS)评分、术后并发症发生情况、复发情况。结果试验组的临床治疗总有效率为95.74%,明显高于对照组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.598,P=0.002),手术时间与住院时间明显较短,术中出血量明显较少,VAS评分明显较低,试验组术后并发症发生率与复发率分别为4.26%与2.13%,明显低于对照组的23.40%与25.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.231、10.802,P=0.007、0.001)。结论对于成年疝患者,采用无张力修补手术治疗具有显著的疗效,不仅能够在较大程度上缩短手术时间与术后康复时间,降低术中出血量与术后VAS评分,同时能够有效的降低术后并发症发生率与复发率低,具有较大的临床优势。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tension-free repair surgery for adult sputum.Methods A total of 94 adult patients with sputum admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled in the control group(n=47)and the experimental group(n=47).The patients were treated with traditional hernia repair.The experimental group was treated with tension-free repair.The clinical total cure rate,operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain(VAS)score,and surgery post-complication and recurrence were observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 72.34%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.598,P=0.002).The operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less.VAS scores were significantly lower.The postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate in the experimental group were 4.26%and 2.13%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group 23.40%and 25.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.231,10.802,P=0.007,0.001).Conclusion For patients with adult sputum,the use of tension-free repair surgery has significant curative effect,which can not only shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,but also reduce the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative VAS score,and can effectively reduce the operation.The post-complication rate and recurrence rate are low,which has a large clinical advantage.
