优质护理对动静脉内瘘血透患者生活质量和护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理应用于动静脉内瘘血透患者中的临床效果,观察对生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法该次方便选取2017年5月—2018年10月间该院收治52例血液透析治疗患者,随机分为对照组、研究组均26例。对照组患者给予常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上另实施优质护理,比较两组患者生活质量、负性情绪及护理满意度。结果研究组患者各项生活质量评分较对照组均更高,两组生活质量比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.465、5.972、5.321、4.506、5.971、5.856、5.425,P<0.05);护理前两组焦虑、抑郁情绪差异不显著;护理后研究组评分低于对照组(t=8.445、5.161,P<0.05);研究组、对照组患者护理满意度分别为96.15%、84.62%,两组护理满意度比较差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=7.649,P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者而言,优质护理的实施具有重要临床价值,可有效改善血透患者生活质量、保障透析质量,消除负性情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of high quality nursing in patients with arteriovenous hemodialysis,and to observe the impact on quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 52 patients with hemodialysis were enrolled in the hospital from May 2017 to October 2018,and were convenient randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures.The study group also implemented quality nursing on the basis of this,and compared the quality of life,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The difference in quality of life between the two groups was statistically significant(t=5.465,5.972,5.321,4.506,5.971,5.856,5.425,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression between the two groups before treatment;the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(t=8.445,5.161,P<0.05);study group,control group of the patient care satisfaction was 96.15%and 84.62%,respectively.The difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=7.649,P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis patients,the implementation of quality nursing has important clinical value,which can effectively improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients,guarantee the quality of dialysis,eliminate negative emotions and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
