循证护理在心脏起搏器植入术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨心脏起搏器植入术后应用循证护理对患者并发症的影响。方法选择于2018年3—12月期间于该院接受心脏起搏器植入术治疗的78例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表为参考,借助计算机将患者划分为实验组(39例患者)以及对照组(39例患者),对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者以心脏起搏器植入术后常见并发症为参考被施以循证护理,对比分析两组患者出现囊袋感染、囊袋血肿、囊袋破裂、电极移位、心律失常以及起搏器综合征等并发症的概率。结果实验组患者出现囊袋感染、囊袋血肿、囊袋破裂、电极移位、心律失常以及起搏器综合征等并发症的概率为20.51%,对照组患者出现上述并发症的概率为41.03%,两组数据进行比较,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.852,P<0.05)。结论参考心脏起搏器植入术后常见并发症对心脏起搏器植入术患者施以循证护理,可以减少患者的并发症发生率,可以为患者的临床治疗效果以及安全性提供保障,有利于患者预后发展,临床应对该护理模式进行推广。Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the complications of patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods Seventy-eight patients who underwent cardiac pacemaker implantation in our hospital from March to December 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups by computer using a random number table:the experimental group(39 patients)and the control group(39 patients),the control group received routine care,the experimental group patients were given evidence-based nursing with reference to common complications after cardiac pacemaker implantation,comparative analysis of the two groups of patients of the probability of capsular infection,capsular hematoma,capsular rupture,electrode displacement,arrhythmia,and pacemaker syndrome.Results The probability of complications such as capsular infection,capsular hematoma,capsular rupture,electrode displacement,arrhythmia,and pacemaker syndrome was 20.51%in the experimental group.The probability of the above complications in the control group was 41.03%,the two groups of data were compared,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=3.852,P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care for patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation after reference to common complications after cardiac pacemaker implantation can reduce the incidence of complications and provide clinical protection and safety for patients.It is conducive to the prognosis of patients,and the clinical care should be promoted.
