摘 要:目的探讨白英生物碱(STA)对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞的抑制作用。方法提取STA并制备4.0、8.0、16.0mg/L等3种浓度的STA反应体系,分别定义为反应体系A、B、C,设置空白对照,培养24h后通过MTT法检测各反应体系光密度(OD)值和对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖的抑制效果。结果不同浓度STA反应体系的OD值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);反应体系C的OD值显著低于空白对照、反应体系A及B,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);反应体系B的OD值显著低于空白对照和反应体系A,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);反应体系A的OD值显著低于空白对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同浓度STA反应体系的细胞生长抑制率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);反应体系C的细胞生长抑制率显著高于反应体系A和B,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);反应体系B的细胞生长抑制率显著高于反应体系A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论STA对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖有一定的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of solanumlyratum Thunberg alkaloid (STA) on human cervical cancer HeLa cells. Methods Extraction of STA and preparation of three concentration STA reaction systems 4.0, 8.0, 16.0 mg/L were defined as reaction systems A, B and C, respectively, and the blank control was set. The optical density (OD) value of each reaction system and the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human cervical cancer HeLa cells were detected by MTT method after 24 hours of culture. Results The OD values of STA reaction systems at different concentrations were significantly different (P<0.05). The OD value of reaction system C was significantly lower than that of blank control, reaction system A and B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). OD value of reaction system B was significantly lower than that of blank control and reaction system A, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). OD value of reaction system A was significantly lower than that of blank control, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The growth inhibition rates of STA reaction system at different concentrations were significantly different (P<0.05). The growth inhibition rate of reaction system C was significantly higher than that of reaction system A and B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The growth inhibition rate of reaction system B was significantly higher than that of reaction system A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion STA can inhibit the proliferation of human cervical cancer HeLa cells.
