摘 要:目的分析低温等离子灭菌器在角膜塑形镜灭菌中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1~10月我院被接触后的150片角膜塑形镜作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(75片)与实验组(75片)。两组均给予清洗液、软化水清洁,对照组采用常规护理液灭菌法,实验组采用低温等离子灭菌器灭菌法处理。比较两组的镜片消毒合格率、一次配镜成功率、镜片损坏率、消毒时间、费用成本。结果实验组的镜片消毒合格率为100.00%,高于对照组的92.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的一次配镜成功率(97.33%)高于对照组(86.67%),镜片损坏率(1.33%)低于对照组(12.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的消毒时间为(0.15±0.06)h,显著短于对照组的(4.32±0.15)h,消毒费用成本为(2.13±0.79)元,低于对照组的(5.93±0.86)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角膜塑形镜消毒灭菌工作中,低温等离子灭菌器灭菌法消毒效果良好,可提高一次配镜成功率,且可减少消毒资源的浪费。Objective To analyze the application effect of low temperature plasma sterilizer in orthokeratology sterilization. Methods A total of 150 orthokeratology lenses after contact from January to October 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects, and they were divided into the control group (n=75) and the experimental group (n=75) according to the random number table method. The two groups were given cleaning solution and softened water. The control group was sterilized by conventional care solution, and the experimental group was given low temperature plasma sterilizer. The qualified rate of lens disinfection, the success rate of one-time lens, the lens damage rate, the disinfection time and the cost of the two groups were compared. Results The qualified rate of lens disinfection in the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than that in the control group (92.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The success rate of one-time lens in the experimental group (97.33%) was higher than that in the control group (86.67%), the lens damage rate (1.33%) was lower than that in the control group (12.00%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The disinfection time of the experimental group was (0.15±0.06) h, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group for (4.32±0.15) h, the cost of disinfection was (2.13±0.79) yuan, which was lower than that of the control group for (5.93±0.86) yuan, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the sterilization of orthokeratology, the low temperature plasma sterilizer method has good disinfection effect, which can improve the success rate of one-time lens and reduce the waste of disinfection resources.
