摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在输卵管通液术患者术后的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年2月~2019年2月收治的80例输卵管通液术患者作为研究对象,根据术后护理方法不同分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组使用施常规护理,观察组使用舒适护理。比较两组患者的腹胀、恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率及总满意度。结果观察组的不良反应总发生率为5.75%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论在输卵管通液术中使用舒适护理的效果显著,临床应用及推广价值较高。Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients after hydrotubation surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent hydrotubation surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases) according to different postoperative care methods. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group used comfortable nursing. The incidence of adverse reactions, such as abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting and the total satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.75%, which was lower than that of the control group (25.00%)(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comfortable nursing in hydrotubation surgery is significant, clinical application and promotion value is higher.
