独活寄生汤联合美式整脊疗法治疗产后腰痛患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究独活寄生汤联合美式整脊疗法治疗产后腰痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年10月笔者所在医院收治的58例产后腰痛患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各29例。对照组予以美式整脊疗法,于此基础上,试验组予以独活寄生汤治疗。统计两组不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率及随访3个月复发率,并对比治疗前后疼痛程度(VAS)评分及功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(93.10%)高于对照组(72.41%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后ODI指数、VAS评分均较治疗前下降,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月,试验组复发率(3.45%)低于对照组(27.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤、美式整脊疗法联合应用于产后腰痛治疗中,对缓解患者疼痛、促进功能障碍恢复具有积极意义,效果较为显著,且可明显降低复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with American chiropractic therapy in treatment of postpartum low back pain.Method:From February 2017 to October 2018,58 cases of postpartum low back pain in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,29 cases each.The control group was treated with American chiropractic therapy.The experimental group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basic of control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,the total effective rate of treatment and the recurrence rate of follow-up for 3 months in two groups were counted,and the pain degree(VAS) score and dysfunction index(ODI) before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10%,higher than 72.41% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI index and VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 3.45%,lower than 27.59% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with American chiropractic therapy in treatment of postpartum low back pain has a positive significance in alleviating the low back pain and promoting the recovery of dysfunction.The curative effect is remarkable and can reduce the recurrence rate significantly.
