摘　　要：目的:分析微生物检验标本不合格的原因及对应的质控措施。方法:将笔者所在医院收取的1 200例微生物检验标本进行研究,对它们的采集时间、外观状态、检验结果、复查结果进行严格的检查,仔细记录不合格的微生物标本并分析其不合格的原因。结果:微生物标本不合格率为9.08%,其中痰液标本的不合格率明显高于其他来源的标本(P<0.05);造成微生物标本不合格的原因有取样操作不合格、标本污染、送检不及时、条形码及标识错误、采血量不足五个原因,其中取样操作不合格和标本污染造成微生物标本不合格的概率明显高于其他因素。结论:提高微生物标本取样操作的规范性,防止标本污染,注意标本送检的时间与条形码的正确性都可以有效减少标本不合格的概率。Objective:To analyze the causes of unqualified microbial test specimens and the corresponding quality control measures.Method:A total of 1 200 microbial samples collected in our hospital were studied.The collection time,appearance,inspection results and review results were examined strictly.The unqualified microbial samples were carefully recorded and the reasons for their unqualified were analyzed.Result:The unqualified rate of microbial specimens was 9.08%.The unqualified rate of sputum specimens was significantly higher than that of other sources(P<0.05).The causes of unqualified microbial specimens included unqualified sampling operation,contaminated specimens,untimely delivery of samples,incorrect bar code and labeling,and insufficient blood collection.Among them,unqualified sampling operation and contaminated specimens resulted in microbial standards.The probability of this disqualification was significantly higher than that of other factors.Conclusion:Improving the standardization of microbial sample sampling operation,preventing sample contamination,paying attention to the time of sample submission and the correctness of bar code can effectively reduce the probability of unqualified samples.
