儿童变应性哮喘过敏原皮肤点刺方法与护理措施

摘　　要：目的:探索儿童变应性哮喘过敏原皮肤点刺方法与护理措施。方法:本次试验对象为变应性哮喘患儿120例(2017年10月30日-2018年10月30日),采用计算机随机分组模式分为两组,均进行过敏原皮肤点刺试验。观察组(n=60)进行细节化护理,对照组(n=60)进行常规护理。比较两组遵医行为评分及护理效果。结果:观察组家属对点刺试验了解度(98.33%)、家属护理满意度(100%)、患儿意外事件发生率(0)、定期复诊评分[(96.85±1.28)分]、遵医用药评分[(94.13±2.71)分]、及时治疗原发病评分[(93.56±2.55)分]、避免原发因素评分[(94.88±1.38)分]均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:细节化护理对实施过敏原皮肤点刺试验的变应性哮喘患儿效果显著。Objective:To explore the method of allergen skin pricking and nursing measures for allergic asthma in children.Method:The subjects of this study were 120 children with allergic asthma(October 30,2017 to October 30,2018).The subjects were divided into two groups using computer random grouping mode.Both groups were subjected to allergen skin pricking test.The observation group(n=60) took the detail nursing,the control group(n=60) took the routine nursing.The scores of compliance behavior and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Result:The understanding of pricking test(98.33%),nursing satisfaction of family members(100%),incidence of accidents in children(0),regular visit score[(96.85±1.28)points],medical compliance score[(94.13±2.71) points],timely treatment of primary disease score[(93.56±2.55)points],and avoid primary factor scores[(94.88±1.38)points] were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing has a significant effect on the allergic asthma children who carry out the allergen skin pricking test.
