综合护理在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:评价综合护理在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年10月-2019年1月50例胃癌患者,均在硬膜外阻滞联合全身麻醉下行根治术,随机分为综合组和对照组各25例。对照组给予胃肠外科一般护理,综合组实施综合评估、系统健康教育、人性化心理干预、快速康复护理、按摩护理等综合护理,比较两组康复情况(排气时间、排便时间、拔除引流管时间、伤口愈合时间和住院时间)、睡眠质量(PSQI)、自我效能感(GCES)。结果:综合组排气时间、排便时间、拔除引流管时间、伤口愈合时间和住院时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组PSQI评分、GCES评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后综合组PSQI评分低于对照组,GCES评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理显著促进胃癌手术患者的术后康复,改善睡眠质量,提高自我效能感。Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery.Method:A total of 50 patients with gastric cancer who were selected from October 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the comprehensive group and the control group on average. The control group was given general nursing of gastrointestinal surgery,while the comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing such as comprehensive evaluation,systematic health education,humanized psychological intervention,rapid rehabilitation nursing and massage nursing.Rehabilitation status(exhaust time,defecation time,drainage time,wound healing time and hospitalization time),sleep quality(PSQI) and self-efficacy(GCES) were compared in the two groups.Result:The exhaust time,defecation time,drainage time,wound healing time and hospitalization time in the comprehensive group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant difference in PSQI scores and GCES scores in the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the PSQI score in the comprehensive group was lower than those in the control group,and the GCES score was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can significantly promote the postoperative rehabilitation,improve sleep quality and self-efficacy in patients with gastric cancer.
