摘　　要：新生血管性青光眼(NVG)是药物和常规手术均很难控制眼压的一种难治性青光眼。对于玻璃体切割术后合并NVG患者的有效治疗方法较少,Ahmed青光眼阀植入术是一种安全有效的手术方式。本研究报道了1例因糖尿病视网膜病变已行4次眼科手术、眼压顽固不降的NVG患者,行Ahmed青光眼阀植入术后眼压控制理想。Neovascular glaucoma(NVG) is a refractory glaucom a that is difficult to control intraocular pressure by drugs and routine surgery. There are few effective treatment methods for NVG after vitrectomy, and Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is a safe and effective surgical method. This study reported a case of NVG with diabetic retinopathy who had undergone four ophthalmic operations and intraocular pressure persistence. The control of intraocular pressure was ideal after Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation.
