帕瑞昔布钠与七叶皂苷钠在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征同期多平面手术患者中的联合应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析帕瑞昔布钠与七叶皂苷钠在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征同期多平面手术患者中的联合应用价值。方法:选择2017年6月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征同期多平面手术患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予帕瑞昔布钠药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用七叶皂苷钠药物治疗,分别对两组疼痛情况,炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率进行比较和分析。结果:观察组术后12、24、36、48h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后炎症因子IL-2(112.64±22.37)pg/ml,明显高于对照组,IL-6(55.12±6.62)pg/ml和TNF-α(28.35±3.94)pg/ml,均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、头晕头痛、皮肤瘙痒,嗜睡不良反应发生率为27.45%(14/51),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:帕瑞昔布钠联合七叶皂苷钠对于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征同期多平面手术患者疼痛症状的改善及炎症因子水平的调节均具有积极的现实意义。Objective:To probe into the combined application value of Parecoxib Sodium and Sodium Aescinate in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and simultaneous multiplanar surgery.Method:From June 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and simultaneous multiplanar surgery were selected in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Parecoxib Sodium.The patients in the observation group were treated with combination of Sodium Aescinate on the basis of the control group.The pain,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reaction rate of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The VAS scores at 12,24,36 and 48 h after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group,the levels of inflammatory factor IL-2 was (112.64±22.37)pg/ml,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the levels of IL-6 was (55.12±6.62)pg/ml and TNF-α was (28.35±3.94)pg/ml,which were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,dizziness,headache,skin itching and lethargy in the observation group was 27.45%(14/51),comparison with control group and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Parecoxib Sodium combined with Sodium Aescinate has positive and practical significance for the improvement of pain symptoms and the regulation of inflammatory factors in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and simultaneous multiplanar surgery.
