丹红注射液联合西药对冠心病心律失常的血流动力学及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔对冠心病(CHD)心律失常患者的血流动力学的影响,并分析疗效。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年10月-2018年12月收治的CHD心律失常患者84例,随机分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。所有患者给予相应对症治疗。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组给予丹红注射液+酒石酸美托洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗前后MAP、RI、PCWP、CI等血流动力学指标变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组MAP、RI、PCWP及CI指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MAP、RI及CI均升高,PCWP均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MAP、CI高于对照组,PCWP低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组RI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率(95.45%)明显高于对照组(79.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔可显著改善CHD心律失常患者血流动力学,临床疗效显著,具有重要的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection combined with Metoprolol Tartrate on hemodynamics in patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease(CHD),and to analyze the curative effect.Method:A total of 84 patients with CHD arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(44 cases) and observation group(44 cases).All patients were given corresponding symptomatic treatment. The control group was treated with Metoprolol Tartrate,while the observation group was treated with Danhong Injection and Metoprolol Tartrate.The changes of hemodynamic indexes such as MAP,RI,PCWP and CI before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in MAP,RI,PCWP and CI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,MAP,RI and CI increased and PCWP decreased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,MAP and CI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,PCWP was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in RI between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.45%,significantly higher than 79.55% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection combined with Metoprolol Tartrate can significantly improve the hemodynamics of CHD patients with arrhythmia,with significant clinical efficacy and important application value.
