摘　　要：目的了解某院创建“癌痛规范化治疗示范病房”(简称示范病房)前后,麻醉性镇痛药物应用的变化情况,确定研究结果为相关工作提供借鉴。方法对肿瘤科2017年1月—6月(创建前)和2018年1月—6月(创建后)住院患者麻醉性镇痛药物的销售金额、用量和用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析,依据数据结果对示范病房创建前后住院患者麻醉性镇痛药物使用情况进行分析。结果示范病房创建后,麻醉性镇痛药的用药情况发生了较大改变,DDDs 等均以硫酸吗啡缓释片为最高。结论创建示范病房后,癌痛治疗药物品种更为齐全,住院患者麻醉性镇痛药物总体使用情况符合示范病房的基本要求。Objective To investigate the changes of anesthetic analgesics before and after the establishment of "standardized cancer pain treatment model ward"(model ward for short) in a hospital, and to determine the research results for reference. Methods The sales amount, dosage and medication frequency (DDDs) of narcotic analgesics for inpatients in the oncology department from January to June 2017 (before the establishment) and January to June 2018 (after the establishment) were statistically analyzed, and the use of narcotic analgesics for inpatients before and after the establishment of the demonstration ward was analyzed according to the data results. Results After the establishment of the model ward, there has been a major change in the use of narcotic analgesics,and morphine sulfate sustained release tablets were the highest DDDs. Conclusion after the establishment of the model ward, the variety of drugs for cancer pain treatment was more complete, and the general use of anesthetic analgesics in inpatients met the basic requirements of the model ward.
