摘 要:针对航空医疗救援体系缺少规范性,不同主体间存在运行差异的问题,笔者基于美国国防部体系结构框架(Department of Defense Architecture Framework,DoDAF),从体系结构角度,对航空医疗救援进行了规范化的直观模型描述,建立了多个作战视图产品,明确了航空医疗救援体系的概念范围、组织关系、任务需求及任务活动过程、输入输出、状态节点等关键要素,可为通航公司航空医疗救援装备需求分析和航空医疗救援体系的顶层设计提供理论支持。Aiming at the problem of lack of standardization in aviation medical rescue system and of operational differences among different institutions, this paper, based on the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), from the perspective of architecture, describes the standardized intuitive model of aviation medical rescue, establishes multiple operational view products, and clarifies the scope of concept, organizational relationship, mission requirements, and key elements of the aviation medical rescue system, such as the mission activity process, input and output, and status nodes. It provides theoretical support for the demand analysis of aviation medical rescue equipment and the top-level design of aviation medical system.
