淫羊藿不同提取物对去卵巢大鼠骨形态计量学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨淫羊藿不同提取物对去卵巢大鼠骨形态计量学的影响,从而为淫羊藿治疗绝经后骨疏松症(OP)提供理论依据。方法选用健康8月龄SD雌性成年大鼠,采用手术切除双侧卵巢的方法,人为制成骨质疏松模型,进行右侧胫骨骨形态计量学的性能检测。结果空白对照组MAR、Tb.Th、Tb.N均高于卵巢切除组,Tb.Sp低于卵巢切除组(P<0.05);仙灵骨葆组、水煎液低中高剂量组、淫羊藿总黄酮低中高剂量组和淫羊藿苷低中高剂量组MAR、Tb.Th均高于卵巢切除组,Tb.Sp均低于卵巢切除组(P<0.05);淫羊藿水煎液低、中、高剂量组的Tb.Th、Tb.N比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);淫羊藿总黄酮低、中、高剂量组的Tb.Th、Tb.N比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);淫羊藿苷低、中、高剂量组的Tb.Th、Tb.N比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论淫羊藿不同提取物可改善去卵巢大鼠绝经后OP,且具有雌激素样作用。Objective To investigate the effects of different extracts of herba epimedii on bone histomorphometry of ovariectomized rats, so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis (OP) with herba epimedii. Methods Healthy 8-month old SD female adult rats were selected to make animal models of osteoporosis by surgical resection of both ovaries, and the bone histomorphometry of the right tibia was measured. Results MAR, Tb.Th and Tb.N in the blank control group were higher than those in the ovariectomy group, while Tb.Sp was lower than that in the ovariectomy group (P<0.05). MAR and Tb.Th in the Xianling Gubao group, the low, medium and high dose groups of water decoction, the low, medium and high dose groups of total flavonoids of herba epimedii and the low, medium and high dose groups of icariin were higher than those in the ovariectomy group, and Tb.Sp was lower than that in the ovariectomy group (P<0.05). Tb.Th and Tb.N in the low, medium and high dose groups of water decoction were significantly different (P<0.05). Tb.Th and Tb.N in the low, middle and high dose groups of total flavonoids of herba epimedii were significantly different (P<0.05). Tb.Th and Tb.N in the low, middle and high dose groups of icariin were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion Different extracts of herba epimedii can improve OP in postmenopausal ovariectomized rats, and have estrogen-like effects.
