摘 要:目的探讨时空关联成像(STIC)表面成像技术对胎儿室间隔缺损的诊断价值。方法选择在我院进行STIC检查的疑似胎儿室间隔缺损的79例孕妇作为研究对象,均给予STIC成像,包括表面成像、玻璃体成像、多平面成像、反转成像,记录胎儿室间隔缺损的诊断效果。结果STIC技术可以清晰显示心室的形态结构及运动状态,也可显示心脏的立体形态。STIC表面成像、玻璃体成像、多平面成像、反转成像诊断室间隔缺损的准确率为98.7%、92.4%、93.7%、87.3%,ROC曲线下面积为0.969、0.930、0.884和0.784。结论STIC表面成像技术可在短时间内更加直观地显示胎儿室间隔缺损,能提高胎儿室间隔缺损的诊断正确率。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) surface imaging technique for fetal ventricular septal defect. Methods Seventy-nine cases of pregnant women with suspected fetal ventricular septal defect enrolled in our hospital were selected as research objects and given STIC imaging that included surface imaging, vitreous imaging, multiplanar imaging and reverse imaging. The diagnostic effect of fetal ventricular septal defect was recorded. Results STIC could clearly show the ventricular morphology and motion state of the ventricle, and could also display the stereoscopic morphology of heart. The diagnostic accuracy of STIC surface imaging, vitreous imaging, multiplanar imaging and reverse imaging for ventricular septal defect was 98.7%, 92.4%, 93.7%, 87.3%, and the area under ROC curve was 0.969, 0.930, 0.884 and 0.784. Conclusion STIC surface imaging technology can display fetal ventricular septal defect more intuitively in a short time, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of fetal ventricular septal defect.
