硝苯地平、硫酸镁联合补钙治疗妊高征患者的临床效果及对母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的分析硝苯地平、硫酸镁联合补钙治疗妊高征患者的临床效果及对母婴结局的影响。方法将我院收治的71例妊高征患者随机分为对照组(35例,硫酸镁+补钙治疗)和研究组(36例,硫酸镁+补钙+硝苯地平治疗)。比较两组治疗前、后的血压、治疗效果及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,两组的收缩压、舒张压均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组流产、胎儿窘迫、胎儿生长受限发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊高征患者应用硝苯地平、硫酸镁联合补钙治疗效果显著,可降低血压,改善妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nifedipine and magnesium sulfate combined with calcium supplementation in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and its influence on maternal and fetal outcomes. Methods A total of 71 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were randomly divided into control group(35 cases, magnesium sulfate+calcium supplementation treatment) and research group(36 cases, magnesium sulfate+calcium supplementation +nifedipine treatment). The blood pressure before and after treatment, therapeutic effects and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups decreased, and those in the research group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effect rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The incidences of abortion, fetal distress and fetal growth restriction in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nifedipine and magnesium sulfate combined with calcium supplementation in the treatment of pregnancyinduced hypertension syndrome has a significant effect, which can reduce blood pressure and improve pregnancy outcomes.
