微信平台康复护理指导在全髋关节置换术患者院外康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨微信平台康复护理指导对全髋关节置换术(THA)患者院外康复的影响,为提升术后康复效果提供借鉴。方法选择在我院接受THA的66例患者为研究对象,按照出院先后顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各33例。两组患者住院期间均按照常规完成相同的护理、健康教育和出院指导,观察组在此基础上实施微信平台康复护理指导。比较两组的护理效果。结果出院后3、6个月,两组Harris评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);出院后3、6个月,两组SF-36评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);出院后3个月,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台下的康复护理可有效促进THA患者术后关节功能康复,减少并发症的发生,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing guidance based on Wechat platform in out-of-hospital rehabilitation of patients after total hip arthroplasty (THA), and to provide reference for improving the rehabilitation efficacy after operation. Methods Sixty-six patients who received THA in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of discharge, with 33 cases in each group. Both groups completed the same nursing, health education and discharge guidance according to the routine during hospitalization. The observation group was implemented rehabilitation nursing guidance based on Wechat platform. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Three and six months after discharge, the Harris scores of the two groups increased significantly, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Three and six months after discharge, the SF-36 scores in both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Three months after discharge, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing under Wechat platform can effectively promote rehabilitation of joint function, reduce complications and improve quality of life of patients after THA.
