摘　　要：目的分析ABC情绪管理应用于腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者的效果及对患者不良心理的影响。方法将我院收治的82例异位妊娠患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予ABC情绪管理。比较两组的护理效果。结果术后1d及出院前1d,试验组患者SAS、SDS评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3d,试验组患者疼痛感评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第3天,试验组患者的SCL-90各因子评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ABC情绪管理应用于腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者,有助于缓解患者不良情绪,改善睡眠质量,降低疼痛感受及并发症发生率,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of ABC emotional management on patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopic surgery and its impact on patients'unhealthy psychology. Methods A total of 82 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given ABC emotional management on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of SAS, SDS and sleep quality of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group one day after operation and one day before discharge (P<0.05). The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group 1 and 3 days after operation (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). On the third day after operation, the SCL-90 scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ABC emotional management in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy is helpful to relieve patients'bad mood, improve sleep quality, reduce pain and complications, which is worthy of application.
