摘  要:研究3D打印磷渣粉混凝土的工作性、力学性能和微观结构。在胶凝材料用量和胶砂比一定的条件下,采用不同掺量的磷渣粉配制3D打印混凝土,测试其可挤出性、建造性、流动性、有效打印时间和力学性能,观察硬化混凝土的断面结构,采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析其水化产物和微观结构。试验结果表明:磷渣粉可作为3D打印混凝土的优质掺合料,适当掺量的磷渣粉可配制出工作性能和力学性能优异的3D打印混凝土;3D打印磷渣粉混凝土层面结合紧密,混凝土断面未观察到明显的连续孔隙;水化产物及其微观结构类似于普通磷渣粉混凝土。The workability,mechanical properties and microstructure of 3D printing concrete containing phosphorous slag powder was investigated.3D printing concrete was prepared by using different amounts of phosphorus slag powder under the conditions of a certain amount of cementitious materials and binder to sand ratio.The extrudability,buildability,fluidity,open time and mechanical properties of 3D printing concrete was evaluated,and the cross-sectional morphology of hardened concrete was observed.X-ray diffvaction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to analyze the hydration products and its microstructure.The test results showed that phosphorus slag powder can be used as mineral admixture of high performance 3D printed concrete.The layer of 3D printing concrete containing phosphorous slag powder is tightly combined,and no obvious continuous pores were observed in the section of the specimen.The hydration products and its microstructure were similar to ordinary concrete containing phosphorus slag powder.
