摘 要:相比于传统发承包模式的项目,工程总承包项目更需要发包人选择一个值得信任的总承包人。本研究根据CAS理论构建出发包人对工程总承包人信任演化模型,并针对信任演化规律,基于信任维持角度,给出以下工程总承包人选择策略:拓展信息沟通渠道,提升信任传递的有效性;构建Partnering项目管理模式,巩固信任提升与维持的基础;建立奖惩措施并举的激励约束机制,保障信任稳定;“套牢”承包人,消除机会主义行为。本研究为发包人选择可信任的工程总承包项目总承包人提供了理论支持和实践指导。Compared with the traditional contracting model project,the general contracting project requires the contractor to choose a trustworthy general contractor.Based on the CAS theory,this paper constructs the trust evolution model of the general contractor of the project,and based on the trust evolution law and the trust maintenance perspective,the following general contractor selection strategy is given:expanding the communication channel and improving the effectiveness of trust transmission;building a Partnering project management model to consolidate the foundation of trust promotion and maintenance;establishing incentive and restraint mechanisms with incentives and penalties to ensure trust stability;"catching up"contractors and eliminate opportunistic behaviors.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the contractor to select the general contractor of the trustworthy engineering general contracting project.
