摘　　要：某电厂集控大屏幕由于设备老化导致运行、维护成本过高,经过深入研究将其改造成激光投影仪。本文针对新式集控大屏幕工作原理、机构进行介绍,对其投影仪、矩阵切换器和信号转换进行剖析,并针对大屏幕改造方案进行探讨,总结项目升级改造的成效。The operation and maintenance cost of the centralized large-screen of a power plant is very high due to aging of equipment.After intensive research,it has been transformed into a laser projector.This paper introduces the working principle and mechanism of the new centralized control large screen,analyzes the projector,matrix switcher and signal conversion,discusses the large screen transformation plan,and sums up the effect of the project upgrade.
