摘 要:隔震技术是一项非常有效的结构抗震技术,但是因为增设隔震支座导致的额外造价,导致了其应用的局限性,这其中并没有考虑到增设隔震支座导致的结构尺寸减少、钢筋用量减少产生的经济效益。本文通过两个对比模型分别计算了使用传统抗震手段和基础隔震手段的结构性能与材料用量,从而分析基础隔震对建筑初始造价的影响。Seismic isolation technology is a very effective structural seismic technology,but the additional cost caused by the addition of isolation bearings has led to the limitations of its application,which does not take into account the reduction in structural size caused by the addition of isolation bearings and the economic benefits from reduced use of steel bars.In this paper,the structural performance and material usage of traditional seismic means and base isolation means are calculated by two comparison models,and the influence of foundation isolation on the initial cost of the building is analyzed.
