摘  要:以考试划重点存在的适宜性为研究对象,深入探讨学生学习目标管理方法。通过对比分析现行考试制度与实施方案对学习成效评价在目的、内容和过程方面的异同,提出了透明化教学概念及其内涵解析,并基于透明化教学提出了一种学习目标管理方法,阐述了目标制定、学习行动、成效评价的基本流程及相关性,以期为教师教学与学生管理提供新的思路。Taking the suitability of delineating the key content of examination as the research object, the management method of students’ learning objectives is discussed in-depth in this paper. By comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences between the current examination system and the implementation plan in the purpose, content and process of evaluation of learning effectiveness, the concept of transparent teaching and its connotation analysis is put forward. A teaching target management method based on transparent teaching is proposed subsequently, including the basic process and relativity of objective setting, learning action and effectiveness evaluation, which provides a new way of thinking for teachers’ teaching and student management.
