摘  要:目的分析孕早期及中期联合超声产前诊断价值。方法选择4 233例在本院2015年1月至2018年6月进行孕期超声检查的孕妇,采取早期胎儿畸形超声筛查,之后再对孕妇进行中期超声系统检查;最后分析各自的胎儿畸形检出率及联合检出率,分析数据结果。结果早期胎儿畸形检出率和中期畸形胎儿畸形检出率相比差异无统计学意义;而结合早中期的诊断结果和单独早期检出率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早期系统性超声筛选胎儿畸形结构分布和中期检查结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇进行早期超声诊断,虽然检查胎儿畸形率较高,但是不能取代中期的检查经过,将早期和中期检查结果相结合具有更高的临床胎儿畸形检出率,可为临床提供较为准确的依据。Objective To analyze the application value of combined prenatal ultrasound diagnosis in early and middle pregnancy. Methods 4 233 cases of pregnant women who underwent pregnant ultrasound examination in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected. Early ultrasound fetal screening was adopted, and then mid-term ultrasound examination was performed on pregnant women. Finally, the fetal malformation detection rate and joint detection rate were analyzed, and the results were analyzed. Results The difference of detection rates of fetal malformations between early pregnant women and mid-term pregnant women was no significant, but the difference of detection rates of fetal malformations between early and mid-term pregnant women and early and mid-term pregnant women was significant(P<0.05). The differences between distributions of fetal malformations screened by early systemic ultrasound and results of mid-term examination were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early ultrasound diagnosis of pregnant women, although the detection of fetal malformation rate is higher, can not replace the mid-term examination process,the early and mid-term examination results combined has higher clinical fetal malformation detection rate, can provide a more accurate basis for clinical practice.
