摘　　要：易地扶贫搬迁是实施精准扶贫、精准脱贫的重要举措,可以从根本上解决“一方水土养不起一方人”的贫困问题。以县城为主,以中心镇和特色小镇为补充,实现贫困山区人口向城镇适度集中,实现新型城镇化和乡村振兴互动发展,这是解决山区承载力低、布点分散、资源浪费等发展问题,阻断贫困代际传递的最佳路径。Poverty alleviation relocation is an important measure to implement precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation.It can fundamentally solve the poverty problem that"one side of the soil and water can not support one side of the population".It is the best way to solve the problems of low carrying capacity,scattered distribution,waste of resources and intergenerational transmission of poverty.
