河北省农村新型社区建设路径探讨——以阜平县村庄迁并为例

摘　　要：无论从新型城镇化还是乡村振兴的角度,农村新型社区建设都是改善农民生产生活条件的重要路径。河北省阜平县在脱贫攻坚过程中破解了资金、土地等瓶颈,大力推进农村新型社区建设,获得了大量宝贵经验,其做法值得借鉴。同时在工作中也面临新条件、新问题,在更广范围内进行农村新型社区建设,需要在整体规划、积极推进、完善布局、用活政策、健全沟通机制、精准安置方式、促进农民增收等七个方面加以支持和改进。No matter from the Angle of new type or the countryside urbanization develop new rural community construction is a important path to improve farmers'production and living conditions,fuping county,cracked in the process of anti-poverty crucial bottleneck such as funds,land,etc.,promote the building of new rural community,has obtained the experience worthy of learning,at the same time is also facing new conditions and new problems,and in a wider range of new rural community construction,need overall planning,actively promote and improve the layout,the use of policy,the communication mechanism,precision resettlement way,and promote the farmers'in.come in seven aspects,such as support and improvement.
