摘　　要：由于中美贸易摩擦的规模逐渐扩大,对这轮贸易摩擦是否会演变成“贸易战”的担忧情绪迅速扩大,甚至学术圈已经出现“中美爆发了贸易战”的声音。这种情况下,深度剖析中美贸易摩擦的本质显得尤为重要,其中几个关键问题,如“何为贸易战”及“中美是否已经爆发贸易战”等都需要慎重的研究和解读。同时,要准确认识中美贸易摩擦的根源与制约因素,从而相对稳妥地评价中美贸易摩擦,为现实问题的解决提供有价值的思路。The concerns about that whether the trade friction evolves into a trade war are spreading quickly due to the gradually expanding of the trade friction between China and the US,even the voice of“The trade war has happened between China and the US!”appearing among academia.According to this situation,the in-depth inter.pretation on the essence of the trade friction between China and the US is of vital importance.Some key questions,such as“What is trade war?”,“Whether the trade war has happened between China and the US?”and so on,are necessary to be researched and interpreted cautiously.Meanwhile,it is also of a needy to consider the root and constraint of the trade friction between China and the US accurately.Thus reliable evaluation on the trade friction between China and the US should be made so that it will provide valuable suggestions for the practical problem solu.tions.
