摘　　要：福建工作时期是习近平政治生涯的关键阶段,这一时期,其为民情怀在实践中得以充分彰显。从厦门的特区规划与山区脱贫共同推进,到带领宁德人民开创摆脱贫困的“宁德模式”,再到福州的政府作风转变和打造服务型政府,以及从省委省政府的高度全面建设生态文明、着力推动事关人民群众安危冷暖的民生工程等,都深刻践行着“发展为民”的思想信念,并为习近平“以人民为中心”民生观的形成奠定了深厚的实践基础。The working period in Fujian is the key stage of Xi Jinping's political career. During this period, his feelings for the people have been fully demonstrated in practice. From the joint promotion of Xiamen's Special Economic Zone Planning and poverty alleviation in mountainous areas to the "Ningde Model" leading the people of Ningde to break away from poverty, then to the transformation of Fuzhou's government style and the creation of a service-oriented government, as well as the comprehensive construction of ecological civilization from the height of provincial party committee and provincial government and the promotion of civil life projects that concern the safety and warmth of the people, the "development for the people" ideology and belief are deeply practiced and a solid practical foundation is laid for the formation of Xi Jinping's "people-centered" people's livelihood concept.
