摘 要:针对普通混水阀容易受到水压影响造成出水温度不稳定的缺点,设计一种智能控温混水模块。首先,提出智能混水模块的结构设计方案,利用单电机控制双球阀从而实现冷热水的进水流量控制;其次,设计了一种螺旋混水机构以提高混水效率,并利用STAR-CCM+流体仿真软件对其效果进行仿真对比;最后,利用软件对混水长度进行了仿真对比,确定了合理的尺寸。仿真结果表明,所设计的混水模块具有较高的混水效率,为实现智能控温混水提供了研究基础。Aiming at the disadvantage that the common mixing valve is easy to be affected by water pressure, an intelligent temperature-controlled mixing module is designed in this paper. Firstly, the structural design of the intelligent water mixing module is proposed, and the inlet flow control of cold and hot water is realized by controlling the double ball valve with a single motor;Secondly, a screw water mixing mechanism is designed to improve the water mixing efficiency, and the STAR-CCM+ fluid simulation software is used for simulation comparison of its effect;Finally, the length of mixed water is simulated by software, and the reasonable size is determined. The simulation results show that the designed water mixing module has high mixing efficiency and provides a research basis for realizing intelligent temperature-controlled water mixing.
