摘  要:车刀角度决定车刀的切削加工性能,同时也是影响车刀形状及强度的关键因素,不同角度的车刀具有相似的外形,我们通过改变不同的目标角度参数可以获得不同角度的车刀。采用三维建模软件结合参数化定义不同角度的车刀来构建外圆车刀模型,通过定义不同的目标角度来构建出不同角度的车刀模型,对于理解车刀结构及标注角度具有一定的意义。The angle of turning tool determines the cutting performance of the turning tool, which is also the key factor that affects the shape and strength of the turning tool. The turning tools of different angles have similar shapes, and the turning tools of different angles can be obtained by changing the parameters of different target angles. In this paper, the outer circular turning tool model is constructed by using the three-dimensional modeling software combined with the parameterized definition of turning tools with different angles. The model of turning tool with different angles is constructed by defining different target angles, which is of great significance for understanding the structure and marking angle of the turning tools.
