摘 要:为了提高汽车盘式刹车片背板附件的铆接效率及定位精度,设计并制造了汽车盘式刹车片专用旋铆机床。根据设定的旋铆机床铆接效率16片/min、定位精度±0.03mm,设计了两个工位,循环铆接盘式刹车片背板附件。详细阐述了旋铆机床的结构组成和工作原理,并完成了加工制造。将普通旋铆机床和所设计制造的专用旋铆机床的铆接效率和定位精度进行对比分析,结果表明专用旋铆机床铆接定位精度提高了9倍,铆接效率提高了约11倍,完全满足设计指标要求。In order to improve the riveting efficiency and positioning accuracy of the automotive disc brake pad back plate attachment, it designs the special rivet bucker for automobile disc brake pads. Based on 16 tablets/min and positioning accuracy ±0.03 mm, it designs the back plate accessories with two stations and circular riveting disc brake pad. It shows the detail about the machine structure and working principle of the rivet bucker, compares the riveting efficiency and positioning accuracy of the ordinary rotary rivet machine tool with the special rotary rivet machine. The results show that the positioning accuracy of the special rotary rivet machine is increased by 9 times, and the riveting efficiency is about 11 times, which fully meets the design specifications.
