“一带一路”背景下现代农业企业“走出去”供给策略研究——以杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区为例

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议对重塑全球化经济格局、调整优化我国经济结构等发挥着重要作用。本文从我国现代农业企业“走出去”发展状况入手,结合杨凌示范区农业企业国际合作的实际情况,梳理和分析当前存在的问题和制约因素,提出有效支持和推动企业“走出去”发展的策略性建议,并构建直观的供给策略“房屋”模型,对完善农业供给侧改革措施、推进现代农业国际合作机制建设发挥借鉴作用。The "Belt and Road" initiative has played a major role in reshaping the global economic structure, adjusting and optimizing China’s economic structure and other multi-level economic development strategies, and is more prominent in the context of Sino-US trade frictions.The great achievements made by China’s agriculture have great reference significance for countries along the line. Therefore, modern international cooperation in agriculture has become an important starting point for the construction of the"Belt and Road". This paper starts with the development of modern agricultural enterprises in China, and combines the actual situation of agricultural enterprises in the Yangling demonstration area to sort out and analyze the existing problems and constraints, and propose strategies to effectively support and promote the development of "going global" enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions, which is building an intuitive supply strategy "house" model to play a reference role in improving agricultural supply-side reform measures and promoting the construction of modern agricultural international cooperation mechanisms.
