摘　　要：习近平扶贫方略是新时期我国扶贫工作的重要指导思想,把“扶贫先扶志”的精神扶贫思想引进高校贫困生的资助工作中,不仅是落实资助工作在思政教育方面的具体表现,更是解决资助过程中各种问题的重要手段。为贯彻落实十九大精神,高校加强资助理念革新、搭建学生服务平台、营造自我教育氛围、实施受助学生考评管理,是促进资助育人效果和提高资助工作水平的有效路径。Xi Jinping's strategy for poverty alleviation is an important guiding ideology for poverty alleviation in the new era.Introducing the concept of spiritual poverty alleviation into the aid work of college poor students is not only a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the aid work in ideological education,but also an important means to solve various problems in the aid process.In order to implement the nineteenth spirit,colleges and universities should strengthen the innovation of idea,build a student service platform,create an education atmosphere,and implement the management of student assessment,which is an effective way to promote the effect of subsidized education and improve the level of subsidized work.
