摘　　要：目的研究整体性护理对糖尿病烧伤患者创面治疗的效果。方法选取2018年1—12月该院收治的糖尿病烧伤患者54例,采用随机分组方式分为对照组与实验组,每组27例。其中对照组予以常规护理干预,实验组在此基础上予以整体性护理干预,观察两组患者创面治疗效果。结果实验组在创面愈合总有效率、血糖水平、护理满意度上均显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病烧伤患者采取整体性护理干预,能够有效改善创面愈合情况及血糖水平,提升护理满意度,建议临床推广。Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing on wound healing in diabetic burn patients. Methods A total of 54 patients with diabetes burns admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 27 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group gave a comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis to observe the effect of wound healing in the two groups. Results The total effective rate,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Integral nursing intervention for diabetic burn patients can effectively improve wound healing and blood glucose levels,improve nursing satisfaction,and recommend clinical promotion.
