摘  要:目的:评价注射用丹参多酚酸与丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的经济性,为临床治疗选择提供循证决策参考。方法:基于真实世界数据,采用回顾性研究设计,收集2016-2017年住院治疗的1036例缺血性脑卒中患者的效果和成本,从医保角度出发,进行成本-效果分析。结果:纳入丹参多酚酸和丁苯酞治疗的病例分别为536例和500例。丹参多酚酸与丁苯酞治疗缺血性脑卒中的有效率分别为89.18%和88.80%,无显著性差异,成本分别为24439.82元和33572.79元;与丁苯酞组相比,丹参多酚酸组成本较低,具有成本效果优势,且敏感性分析显示结果可靠。结论:注射用丹参多酚酸和丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果相当,注射用丹参多酚酸成本低于丁苯酞氯化钠注射液,因此注射用丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性脑卒中更具有经济性。Objective: To evaluate the economical efficiency of salvianolic acids injection compared with butylphthalide & sodium chloride injection as treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods: Restrospective data of efficacy and cost were collected from 1036 patients with cerebral ischemic stroke in our hospital from 2016 to 2017. A decision tree model was constructed to analyze the data. The one-way sensitivity analysis was performed to evaluate the stability of results. Results: The effective rate of salvianolic acids injection treatment group and butylphthalide & sodium chloride injection group were 89.18% and 88.80%. The expect costs of salvianolic acids injection treatment group and butylphthalide & sodium chloride injection group were 24439.82 and 33572.79 yuan. Compared with butylphthalide & sodium chloride injection treatment group, salvianolic acids injection treatment group gained more expect effective, and expect cost was lower. The sensitivity analysis showed the result was stable. Conclusion: Salvianolic acids injection for treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke has cost-effective advantage.
