摘　　要：伴随着经济的快速增长,环境污染严重、能源消耗过快等问题也急剧恶化,低碳经济的理念随之产生,发展低碳经济是各国经济可持续发展,环境得以改善的根本途径。本文从我国低碳经济的相关理论出发,结合江苏省的能源、产业、环境等现状及存在的问题,提出倡导低碳经济理念、优化产业结构、提高能源利用率,以及多元化和完善生态法律相关配套体系的措施,促进江苏省低碳经济以最终实现城市的可持续发展。With the rapid economic growth, the problems of serious environmental pollution and excessive energy consumption have also deteriorated drastically. The concept of a low-carbon economy has emerged. The development of a low-carbon economy is the fundamental way for the sustainable development of the economy and the improvement of the environment. Based on the relevant theories of China's low-carbon economy, combined with the current situation and existing problems of energy, industry and environment in Jiangsu Province, this paper proposes to advocate low-carbon economic concepts, optimize industrial structure, improve energy efficiency, and diversify and improve ecological laws. Measures related to the supporting system to promote the low-carbon economy of Jiangsu Province to achieve sustainable urban development.
