摘　　要：目的:探讨气肿性肾盂肾炎的临床及CT表现,以指导临床治疗。方法:收治气肿性肾盂肾炎患者24例,分析临床及CT表现。结果:CT表现为肾实质破坏,肾盂肾盏及输尿管内大量气体存在,肾周筋膜增厚;其中有2型糖尿病史19例,有输尿管结石史8例。结论:气肿性肾盂肾炎临床表现早期缺乏特异性,进展迅速,预后极差,死亡率高。CT扫描有助于早期诊断,积极采取合适的治疗方法,能够取得良好的治疗效果,减少患者的死亡率。Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations and CT findings of emphysematous pyelonephritis.Methods:24 patients with emphysematous pyelonephritis were selected,we analyzed the clinical and CT manifestations.Results:CT imagine manifestations showed renal parenchyma destruction,a large number of gas in the renal parenchyma,ureter of pelvis and calyces, perirenal space blurred,thickening of the renal peritoneal fascia.19 cases of them had a history of diabetes,8 cases had a history of ureteral calculi.Conclusion:Emphysematous pyelonephritis early clinical manifestations are lack of specificity,progress quickly, poor prognosis,and high mortality.CT scan can help with early diagnosis,then promote active and appropriate treatment.It can achieve good therapeutic effect and reduce patient mortality.
