摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复在腹腔镜下肾切除术患者护理中的应用价值。方法:收治后腹腔镜下肾切除术患者80例,按患者入院尾号奇偶数分为两组各40例。A组实施快速康复理念护理措施,B组实施常规护理措施,对比两组的临床效果。结果:两组临床相关指标和并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下肾切除术患者中,实行快速康复理念护理干预,能够促使患者术后及早排气、进食、下床活动、拔除导尿管,并减少患者的住院天数和并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation in nursing care of patients undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy.Methods:80 cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the odd and even number of patients at the end of admission with 40 cases in each group.The group A implemented the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing measures,the group B implemented routine nursing measures,we compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:Comparing the clinical related indexes and the incidence of complications between the two groups,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation in laparoscopic nephrectomy patients can promote early exhaust,eating,getting out of bed,removing catheter,and reduce hospitalization days and complications.
