摘 要:为实现射频系统中微波器件的宽带化、小型化,设计了一款具有滤波性能的功分器。该滤波功分器创新性地将带通滤波器与一分三功分器级联在一个封装器件中,大大减小了体积且解决了阻抗不匹配问题。其中带通滤波器采用四级半集总结构,加入耦合电容版提高滤波性能,一分三功分器采用 LC 集总结构,实现了小型化。利用 ADS 软件进行二维仿真,利用HFSS软件进行三维模型的仿真。本文设计的一分三滤波功分器尺寸仅为3mm×5.6mm×1.5mm,工作频带为1.8~2.2GHz。仿真后的结果为:插入损耗小于 7 dB,回波损耗优于 19 dB,隔离度优于 17 dB,所设计的滤波功分器满足性能要求,且具有小型化高性能的应用优势。To achieve wide bandwidth and miniaturization of microwave devices in RF systems, a power divider with filtering function was designed. The filtering power divider creatively cascaded the band-pass filter with the 3-way power divider in a packaged device, which greatly reduced the volume and solved the impedance mismatch problem. The band-pass filter adopted the 4-level semi-lumped structure, which innovatively used a coupling capacitor to improve the filtering performance. And the 3-way power divider adopted the LC lumped structure to realize miniaturization. ADS and HFSS software was used for 2Dand3Dsimulation respectively.Thesize of th e3-wayfilteringp owerdivider is only3mm×5.6mm×1.5mm,andthe working frequencybandis1.8-2.2GHz.Thesimulationre sultsshow that the insertionloss,returnloss and isolationare<7 dB,>19 dB, and >17 dB respectively. The designed filtering power divider simultaneously achieved miniaturization and high performance with required parameters.
