摘 要:本文运用PRO/Ⅱ工艺设计软件,对芳烃分离装置的甲苯塔和二甲苯塔进行模拟分析,确定各塔的主要工艺操作条件和设备参数。在模拟结果的基础上,主要对二甲苯塔进行优化研究,考察理论板数、回流比和进料位置等参数对分离效果的影响,从而优化二甲苯塔的工艺操作条件和设备参数。最后,运用PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件,对二甲苯塔的两种设计方案进行比较,从而确定最优方案。Process simulation technical PRO/II was used to simulate aromatic separation and analysis toluene tower and xylene tower by simulation to confirm the process operation conditions and equipment parameters of the towers. On the basis of simulation result, the influences of several main operation parameters such as theoretically perfect tray, reflux ratio, feed stage on the separation process were studied to determine the optimization of process operation conditions and equipment parameters. Finally, two options with various operating pressures, utilization patterns of heat from overhead streams in the process design of a xylene tower were compared by using PRO/Ⅱ simulation software.
