中西医结合综合疗法配合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨对腰椎间盘突出症患者采取中西医结合治疗联合康复训练的价值。方法:在2017年9月~2018年9月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者选取68例,根据随机分组表法分组,各34例,均给予甘露醇、血栓通静脉滴注及电针、腰椎牵引、中药熏蒸治疗,治疗组患者行康复训练。分析所有患者的JOA评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.12%。显著高于对照组的73.53%(P<0.05);治疗组JOA评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合综合疗法配合康复训练可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状,促进其康复,临床应用价值较优。Objective: To explore the value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment combined with rehabilitation training for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: From September 2017 to September 2018, 68 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into 34 cases, each of which was treated with mannitol, thrombolytic intravenous drip, electro acupuncture, lumhar traction and fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine. The patients in the treatment group received rehabilitation training. The JOA score and clinical efficacy of all patients were analyzed. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%. The JOA score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation, promote their rehabilitation, and have better clinical application value.
