摘  要:为了充分认识塔河油田一号联合站污水系统的腐蚀问题,并制定合理的腐蚀防治措施,以塔河油田一号联合站污水系统存在的腐蚀问题为研究对象,开展室内模拟实验,分析污水系统的腐蚀成因,提出了污水系统腐蚀防治的有效措施。研究结果表明:①塔河油田一号联合站污水系统的腐蚀问题以点腐蚀为主,均匀腐蚀为辅;②"pH值调整剂+混凝剂+助凝剂+水质稳定剂"的水质改性药剂体系可有效降低污水系统腐蚀。室内模拟实验的结论认为:①在pH值为6.5时,腐蚀速率最低;②各药剂协同作用最佳状态为"pH值6.5+混凝剂150 mg/L+助凝剂8 mg/L+水质稳定剂50 mg/L";③实现了均匀腐蚀速率由0.069 5 mm/a下降至0.021 7 mm/a,缓蚀率达到68.8%;点腐蚀速率由0.545 8 mm/a下降至0.080 6 mm/a,缓蚀率为85.2%,有效地减缓了污水系统腐蚀问题。Corrosion of wastewater system in the No.1 Central Processing Plant of Tahe Oilfield was studied in order to make non only its situations clear but also some reasonable measures against corrosion. Simulation experiments were carried out to analyze the reasons for this corrosion, and accordingly some measures were put forward.Results show that(1) the corrosion of wastewater system in this plant is primarily pitting corrosion and secondarily uniform corrosion;and(2) the water quality modifying chemical system of "pH modifier+coagulant+coagulant aid+water quality stabilizer" can reduce corrosion effectively. After simulation experiments, it’s concluded that at the p H value of 6.5, corrosion rate is the lowest;the optimal synergy of chemicals occurs in the case of "pH value 6.5+coagulant 150 mg/L+coagulant aid 8 mg/L+water quality stabilizer 50 mg/L";and the rate of uniform corrosion declines from0.0695 mm/a to 0.0217 mm/a with corrosion inhibition rate of 68.8%, and the rate of pitting corrosion decreases from0.5458 mm/a to 0.0806 mm/a with corrosion inhibition rate of 85.2%. Obviously, this corrosion of wastewater system may be alleviated effectively.
