摘 要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定炎立消胶囊中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)等重金属含量的方法。方法:样品经微波消解处理,以锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)为内标,采用ICP-MS同时测定上述5种元素的含量。结果:铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)和铜(Cu)的浓度分别在0~50(r=1.0000),0~25(r=1.0000),0~50(r=1.0000),0~10(r=0.9997),0~500(r=0.9999)ng/mL范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)分别为92.3%,95.6%,97.5%,95.0%,99.3%,RSD(n=6)分别为3.3%,1.9%,2.6%,3.6%,1.8%。结论:该方法准确、简便、灵敏度高,适用于炎立消胶囊中5种重金属元素含量的测定。Objective:To establish a method for determination of the content of lead(Pb), cadmium(Cd), arsenic(As), mercury(Hg) and copper(Cu) in Yanlixiao Capsules by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods:All the samples were digested by microwave method, and the germanium(Ge), indium(In) and bismuth(Bi) were used as the internal standards. The contents of the five elements were determined by ICP-MS simultaneously. Results:The standard calibration curves of lead(Pb), cadmium(Cd), arsenic(As), mercury(Hg) and copper(Cu) were 0~50(r=1.0000), 0~25(r=1.0000), 0~50(r=1.0000), 0~10(r=0.9997), 0~500(r=0.9999) ng/mL respectively;The average recoveries were 92.3% for lead(Pb), 95.6% for cadmium(Cd), 97.5% for arsenic(As), 95.0% for mercury(Hg) and 99.3% for copper(Cu) and the RSD(n=6)were 3.3%, 1.9%, 2.6%, 3.6%, 1.8% respectively. Conclusion:This method is accurate, simple and sensitive. It would be suitable for determination these five kinds of heavy metal elements in Yanlixiao Capsules.
