深圳市老年人群抗骨质疏松药物使用调查及知识需求分析

摘　　要：目的:对深圳市老年人群抗骨质疏松药物使用情况进行调查对知识需求进行分析,为改善老年人健康状况提供参考。方法:选择2016年7月~2018年6月来我院进行骨质疏松检查的老年人700例为调查对象,进行问卷调查。结果:钙制剂药物使用最多(19.24%),其次是中药类(6.71%),第三是维生素D制剂(5.57%)。对跟骨B超骨密度进行检测,需要及时进行治疗的达到35%。对于骨质疏松知识需求的调查结果显示,需求较大者占多数,说明老年群体对于相关知识具有较大的需求意识。结论:深圳市老年群体抗骨质疏松药物的使用知识不够普及,对相关知识有较大需求,需要加大预防力度,从而提升老年人生活质量。Objective: To investigate the use of anti-osteoporosis drugs among the elderly in Shenzhen and analyze their knowledge needs, so as to provide reference for improving the health status of the elderly. Methods:700 elderly people who came to our hospital for osteoporosis examination from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of investigation and questionnaires were conducted. Result: The results showed that calcium preparations were the most frequently used drugs (19.24%),the second was Chinese medicine (6.71%),the third is vitamin D preparation (5.57%).The calcaneal bone mineral density was measured by B-mode ultrasonography in all subjects. the proportion of patients requiring timely treatment reached 35%.The results of the survey on the knowledge needs of osteoporosis among all the respondents showed that the majority of the respondents needed more knowledge.it shows that the elderly group has a greater sense of demand for relevant knowledge.Conclusion: The knowledge of anti-osteoporosis drugs used by the elderly population in Shenzhen is not universal enough. There is a great demand for relevant knowledge among the elderly population,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention of osteoporosis in the elderly, so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
